Our “Price Quote Guarantee” is our commitment that the price we quote you, is the price you pay! We have seen too many repair shops give quotes, and then call up the customer later and tell them the repair will cost more. Our goal is to change all that!
How much do repairs cost?
Due to the variety of devices that we service and the myriad of issues that each device can have,
it’s difficult to give you a price we can stand by without seeing the device and issue you’re having.
Feel free to make an appointment or give us a call. Quotes are always free and
there’s absolutely no commitment!
I dropped my laptop/iphone/ipad, the screen is cracked can you fix that?
YES! We can replace most cracked screen and it’s usually much more affordable
than buying a new device.

We’re in the heart of NYC, midtown Manhattan. Our address is 45 West 36th Street,
5th Floor, New York NY 10018.
What are your hours?
Currently, we are opened Monday thru Friday , 8:30am to 7:00pm. We can accommodate
all schedules, please contact us if these times don’t work for you.
I need to repair my desktop computer, what do I need to bring in?
Just your tower! We don’t need your monitor, speakers, mouse, cable or keyboard.
Simply bring us the (usually black) tower that sits alongside your machine.
How long does the repair take?
Upon receiving your quote, you will receive a pickup time. Most of our repairs are handled
within 48 hours. Same day and rush service is available for certain repairs.
I have a lot of data on my computer. What happens to it when you do a repair?
We take extra caution to make sure all your data is safe while we do our repairs.
If necessary, we will back up your data to ensure proper restoration.
I have a lot of programs and applications installed on my computer,
but I lost the installation media/license keys. Can you still repair my computer?
YES! Our engineers will review your applications with you at the time of drop-off and if there
is any problem with reinstallation they will let you know.
